SAC Club is inspired by our motto: Give Parkinson’s the SAC by staying mentally stimulated, physically active, and socially connected. The club meets weekly from September to May, on Mondays from 1:00 – 2:45, at Friends in Deed, 301 W. Camino Casa Verde, Green Valley. We sometimes have guest speakers. Most weeks, we play games, reminisce, share opinions, do puzzles, share recipes, and do arts and crafts.
